What does “Subscriber record” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Subscriber record" means a record or information that: (9)(a)(i) is in the possession of a provider of an electronic communication service or a remote computing service; (9)(a)(ii) is created or maintained by a provider of an electronic communication service or a remote computing service; or (9)(a)(iii) is received from, or derived from, a record or information originally possessed, created, or maintained by a provider of an electronic communication service or a remote computing service; and (9)(b) reveals a subscriber's or customer's: (9)(b)(i) name; (9)(b)(ii) address; (9)(b)(iii) local or (Utah Code Ann. § 77-23c-101.2)
