What does “Tribal identification card” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Tribal identification card" means an identification card issued by a federally recognized Indian tribe that includes: (1)(e)(i) the individual's name; (1)(e)(ii) the individual's date of birth; (1)(e)(iii) a photograph of the individual; and (1)(e)(iv) the name of the issuing tribe. (Utah Code Ann. § 53-3-237)
