(1) It is an affirmative defense to a prosecution under this chapter that the distribution of obscene animal abuse material or pornographic material is restricted to institutions or persons having scientific, educational, governmental, or other similar justification for possessing obscene animal abuse material or pornographic material. (2) It is not a defense to a prosecution under this chapter that the actor is a motion picture projectionist, usher, ticket-taker, bookstore employee, or otherwise is required to violate this chapter incident to the actor's employment.
