Utah Code Ann. § 76-9-1103Primary source, current through the 2026 General Session
(1) Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5 and 76-9-1101 apply to this section. (2) An actor commits permitting a minor to use a tobacco product, electronic cigarette product, or nicotine product in a place of business if the actor: (2)(a) is a proprietor of a place of business; and (2)(b) knowingly permits an individual under 21 years old to frequent the actor's place of business while the individual is using a tobacco product, an electronic cigarette product, or a nicotine product. (3) A violation of Subsection (2) is a class C misdemeanor.
