(1) Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5 and 76-9-1501 apply to this section. (2) An actor commits obstructing the operation of a bus if the actor unlawfully obstructs or impedes by force or violence, or any means of intimidation, the regular operation of a bus. (3) A violation of Subsection (2) is a class C misdemeanor.
