(1) If evidence is admitted as an exhibit for a court proceeding, the clerk of the court shall: (1)(a) retain the evidence; or (1)(b) return the evidence to the custody of the agency. (2) Rule 4-206 of the Utah Code of Judicial Administration applies to evidence that is admitted as an exhibit in a court proceeding.
