What does “Victim of human trafficking” mean in Virginia criminal law?
"Victim of human trafficking" means any person subjected to an act or the practice of labor trafficking or sex trafficking, regardless of whether any other person has been charged with or convicted of an offense related to the labor trafficking or sex trafficking of such person. (Va. Code Ann. § 19.2-327.15)
