A. No person shall perform duties for, or be employed by, a local ASAP unless such person has obtained and maintains a certification issued by the Commission. B. Every case manager, and any other employee who is designated by the director of any VASAP-certified local alcohol safety action program operated pursuant to this article to provide probation and related services, shall take an oath of office as prescribed in § 49-1 , by a person authorized to administer oaths pursuant to § 49-3 , before entering the duties of his office.
