What does “Check” mean in Washington criminal law?

"Check" means a negotiable instrument that meets the definition of "check" under RCW 62A.3-104 or a blank form instrument that would meet the definition of "check" under RCW 62A.3-104 if it were completed and signed. (RCW 9A.56.280)
