What does “Credit card number” mean in Washington criminal law?

"Credit card number" means the card number or coding appearing on a credit card or other form of authorization, including an identification card or plate issued to a person by any telecommunications provider that permits the person to whom it has been issued to obtain telecommunications service on credit. (RCW 9.26A.100)
