What does “Day reporting” mean in Washington criminal law?
"Day reporting" means a program of enhanced supervision designed to monitor the offender's daily activities and compliance with sentence conditions, and in which the offender is required to report daily to a specific location designated by the department or the sentencing court. (RCW 9.94A.030)
