What does “Hospital” mean in Washington criminal law?

"Hospital" means a facility licensed under chapter 70.41 or 71.12 RCW or a state hospital defined in chapter 72.23 RCW and any employee, agent, officer, director, or independent contractor thereof. (RCW 7.105.010)
