What does “Local agency” mean in Washington criminal law?
"Local agency" includes every county, city, town, municipal corporation, quasi-municipal corporation, special purpose district, local housing authorities, or any office, department, division, bureau, board, commission, or agency thereof, or other local public agency including their respective employees and agents. (RCW 10.130.020)
