What does “Mechanical restraint” mean in Washington criminal law?
"Mechanical restraint" means any device attached or adjacent to a vulnerable adult's body that the vulnerable adult cannot easily remove that restricts freedom of movement or normal access to the vulnerable adult's body. (RCW 7.105.010)
