What does “Victim of sexual assault” mean in Washington criminal law?
"Victim of sexual assault" means any person who is a victim of a sexual assault offense, nonconsensual sexual conduct, or nonconsensual sexual penetration and as a result suffers physical, emotional, financial, or psychological impacts. (RCW 9.94A.030)
