What does “Within seven years” mean in Washington criminal law?
"Within seven years" means that the arrest for a prior offense occurred within seven years before or after the arrest for the current offense; and (d) "Within 15 years" means that the arrest for a prior offense occurred within 15 years before or after the arrest for the current offense. (RCW 46.61.5055)
