What does “Independent activity” mean in Indiana criminal law?
"Independent activity" includes any of the following when done by a child without the supervision of a parent, guardian, or custodian: (A) Traveling on foot, by bicycle, or by public transportation. (Ind. Code § 35-46-1-1)
