Sec. 50. "Community restitution or service" means performance of services directly for a: (1) victim; (2) nonprofit entity; or (3) governmental entity; without compensation, including graffiti abatement, park maintenance, and other community service activities. The term does not include the reimbursement under IC 35-50-5-3 or another law of damages or expenses incurred by a victim or another person as the result of a violation of law.
