Sec. 90. (a) "Dependent", for purposes of IC 35-44.1-1-4 , has the meaning set forth in IC 35-44.1-1-4 (a)(1). (b) "Dependent", for purposes of IC 35-46-1 , has the meaning set forth in IC 35-46-1-1 .
