What does “Processor” mean in Iowa criminal law?

“Processor” means a person that processes personal data on behalf of a controller. 22. “Protected health information” means the same as protected health information established by HIPAA. 23. “Pseudonymous data” means personal data that cannot be attributed to a specific natural person without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that the personal data is not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person. 24. “Publicly available information” means (Iowa Code § 715D.1)
