What does “Third party” mean in Iowa criminal law?
“Third party” means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or body other than the consumer, controller, processor, or an affiliate of the processor or the controller. 30. “Trade secret” means information, including but not limited to a formula, pattern, compilation, program, device, method, technique, or process, that consists of the following: a.
