What does “Video rental property” mean in Iowa criminal law?
“Video rental property” means an audiovisual recording, including a videotape, videodisc, or other tangible medium of expression on which an audiovisual work is recorded or otherwise stored, or any equipment or supplies used to view the recording, and which is held out for rental to the public in the ordinary course of business. (Iowa Code § 702.20A)
