What does “Concurrent sentence” mean in Maine criminal law?
"Concurrent sentence" means a sentence involving imprisonment that runs at the same time as one or more other sentences involving imprisonment while an individual is simultaneously in execution of each of them. (17-A M.R.S. § 2)
