What does “Judge” mean in South Dakota criminal law?
(9) "Judge," or "judge of competent jurisdiction," the judge of any circuit court of the State of South Dakota; (10) "Oral communication," any oral communication uttered by a person exhibiting an expectation that the communication is not subject to interception under circumstances justifying the expectation; (11) "Pen register," a device which records or decodes electronic or other impulses which identify the numbers dialed or otherwise transmitted on the communication system that the device is attached.
