(6) "Magistrate," any circuit court or magistrate judge; (7) "Material," anything tangible that is harmful to minors, whether derived through the medium of reading, observation, or sound; (8) "Matter" or "material," any book, magazine, newspaper, or other printed or written material; any picture, drawing, photograph, motion picture, or other pictorial representation; any statue or other figure; recording, transcription or mechanical, chemical, or electrical reproduction; or any other articles, equipment, machines, or materials; (9) "Minor," any person less than eighteen years of age; (10) "Nud (SDCL § 22-24-27)
