What does “First responder” mean in Utah criminal law?
"First responder" means: (1)(c)(i) a law enforcement officer, as defined in Section 53-13-103; (1)(c)(ii) an emergency medical technician, as defined in Section 53-2e-101; (1)(c)(iii) an advanced emergency medical technician, as defined in Section 53-2e-101; (1)(c)(iv) a paramedic, as defined in Section 53-2e-101; (1)(c)(v) a firefighter, as defined in Section 53H-11-306; or (1)(c)(vi) a dispatcher, as defined in Section 53-6-102.
