"Sealed record" means a Virginia criminal history record or a traffic history record that has been sealed pursuant to § 19.2-392.7 , 19.2-392.8 , 19.2-392.10 , 19.2-392.11 , 19.2-392.12 , 19.2-392.12:1 , or 19.2-392.17 . (Va. Code Ann. § 19.2-392.16)
