What does “Nontherapeutic nicotine device” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Nontherapeutic nicotine device" means a device that: (12)(a)(i) has a pressurized canister that is used to administer nicotine to the user through inhalation or intranasally; (12)(a)(ii) is not purchased with a prescription from a licensed physician; and (12)(a)(iii) is not approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration as nicotine replacement therapy. (Utah Code Ann. § 76-9-1101)
